The components of the
Series 2 Mirror Heater Pack are-
~ mirror warming element
~ inert insulation layer
~ encapsulating lamination
~ pressure sensitive adhesive with release liner
~ cord connection
~ power cord

Fitted with PVC sheathed "oval" flexible power cord

FIXING INSTRUCTIONS

1.

Place mirror on flat surface
and provide total support under mirror glass (Rear of mirror
must be clean and dry)
|

2.
|
Establish position for
power cord exit and path to power
|
|
3.
|
Mark position for Mirror
Heater Pack on rear of mirror
|
|
4.
|
Peel release liner from
leading edge of Mirror Heater Pack
|
|
5.
|
Align exposed adhesive
edge of Mirror Heater Pack with corresponding marks
|
|
6.
|
Commencing from starting
edge allow Mirror Heater Pack to join rear of mirror by peeling
off release liner and applying pressure firstly along centreline
- avoid air bubbles from forming
|
|
7.
|
Apply pressure to
complete area of Mirror Heater Pack (a paint roller is a useful
tool for good bonding)
|
Series 2 Mirror Heater
Packs are 0.5mm in depth (except cord connection)

Preparation for
installation of Monarch Series 2 Mirror Heater Pack
Series 2 Mirror Heater
Packs are only 0.5mm in depth (excepting cord connection) and
units may be fitted in a correspondingly small space. A small cavity to
allow for the depth
of the cord connection and any excess cord behind the mirror can be
provided by making
a recess in the wall or the wall lining material. (If the Mirror Heater
Pack is attached to a
framed mirror the depth of the frame may provide space for the cord
connection)
